The Course Integrate Digital was founded in 2018 in Port Baileyborough, South Australia, by a small group of educators who had grown frustrated with the gap between great teaching and poor digital delivery. Too often they watched brilliant curriculum content fall flat because it was shoehorned into clunky platforms with no thought given to learner experience, accessibility or data-driven improvement.
What began as a two-person consultancy operating out of a co-working space has grown into a dedicated practice serving universities, corporations, government agencies and independent course creators across Australia and beyond. Along the way we have designed and deployed more than 240 digital courses, migrated legacy training libraries onto modern platforms and helped dozens of organisations earn industry accreditations for their learning programmes.
Despite our growth, we have deliberately stayed lean and hands-on. Every client works directly with senior practitioners — not junior account managers reading from a script. We believe the best course integration work happens when designers, developers and subject-matter experts collaborate closely, and our flat structure makes that possible on every project we take on.

Every decision we make — from navigation layout to assessment format — starts with the learner. We obsess over usability, cognitive load and engagement because a course that nobody finishes helps nobody. Our design reviews always include real learner testing before launch.
We share our project plans, timelines and budgets openly. Clients have real-time access to progress dashboards and are invited to every review session. There are no black boxes in our process — if something is not working, we say so early and course-correct together.
We do not consider a project complete until we can demonstrate its impact with data. Completion rates, learner satisfaction scores, knowledge retention metrics and business KPIs are all part of our definition of success. If the numbers do not move, we iterate until they do.

Founder and lead strategist
Elena spent a decade in higher education before founding The Course Integrate Digital. She holds a Master of Education from the University of Adelaide and has led learning transformation projects for institutions across three continents. Her speciality is translating complex organisational goals into clear, learner-centred course architectures.
Technical lead
Callum is the person who makes the technology disappear. With 15 years of experience in LMS administration, API integrations and front-end development, he ensures that every course we build runs flawlessly across devices and platforms. He is certified in Moodle, Canvas and Totara, and has a particular knack for automating repetitive training workflows.
Senior instructional designer
Priya combines a background in cognitive psychology with a sharp eye for visual design. She creates storyboards, interactive scenarios and assessment rubrics that keep learners engaged from the first module to the final exam. Her work has been recognised with two national e-learning design awards.

Elena Marchetti and Callum Draper launch The Course Integrate Digital from a shared co-working space, taking on their first two university clients within the opening quarter.
We sign a multi-year agreement with a national logistics company to overhaul their onboarding and compliance training, marking our entry into the corporate learning market.
As organisations scramble to move training online, our team expands to meet demand. We deliver 48 course projects in a single year — more than double our previous annual output.
We celebrate our 200th course deployment and welcome Priya Nair to the team, strengthening our instructional design capability.
We launch a dedicated analytics and continuous-improvement service, helping clients refine existing courses using learner data, A/B testing and feedback loops.
